General:

We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you on most items based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Freight Shipping / Less than truckload (LTL) is a shipping option that we offer for larger detergent orders or on larger equipment that is overweight or size for standard carriers. To learn more about these options, please contact us at [email protected] and put LTL questions in the subject line.

HAZMAT SHIPPING:

Many of the detergent products we sell are considered hazardous according to CFR 49 shipping regulations. We try our best to identify items that will ship hazmat on each respective product page.

If you would like to learn more about hazmat shipping, we encourage you to visit the Department of Transportation's site for more information. https://www.transportation.gov/

Does HAZMAT shipping cost more than regular shipping?

Yes. In every situation, it costs more to ship a regulated hazardous material. We do have some items that are packaged in 32oz containers and some even in 1-gallon jugs that fall under the limited quantity exemption, thus shipping cheaper.

No need to worry about all this confusing stuff we have your back! Each of our product listings are matched up with the correct shipping method to meet the specific need.

Can I ship all of my hazmat items in one box?

Some detergents can be boxed and shipped together. We are limited to 4 gallons jugs per box or a single 5-gallon/6-gallon pail per box, and they must all be packaged according to CFR 49 regulations. Delta Suds tries to consolidate products, and we do everything possible to reduce the costs of shipping hazardous materials.
